Kim Lightfoot represented me as my Real Estate Agent in the recent purchase of my home. She responded to my call immediately and set up appointments to look at several homes on the market in the area where I wanted to buy.

Time was an issue, as my apartment lease was expiring and I didn't want to renew the lease for more than three months. She had access to the homes and was knowledgeable on construction and the surrounding housing market even though she had not previously shown homes in the area.

I am writing this letter about Kim Lightfoot, my Realtor, and how she helped me to locate and purchase my home.

I met her through a friend at work. I was looking to buy my first home and was looking for someone who would listen, take the time and go that extra mile for me. Well, I found all that and more to be true with Kim.

She was very flexible in setting up times to go and look for houses, gave me names of mortgage companies to deal with so I could make a choice, and had herself open to hearing from me as often as I needed.

The experience, though stressful, turned out to be so much less so with Kim's help and I ended up with a little home that I just love and have enjoyed so much. She was warm and friendly even early in the morning when we got together....anyone would be lucky to have her help them.
